Where stablecoins meet institutional discipline
Finarium delivers institutional-grade infrastructure for international companies working with digital currencies — built, monitored, and documented to the standards the traditional financial system holds itself to.
We were founded on a simple premise: settlement in stablecoins should be held to the same standard as settlement in fiat — not a lighter one.
That premise shapes everything we build. Where classic crypto exchanges and VASPs draw a line between “digital assets” and “real money,” Finarium draws none. Stablecoins move through our platform under the same controls, the same monitoring, and the same accountability as any other currency — which is why financial institutions, regulators, and partner banks can engage with us on familiar terms.
Where we operate
Dual VASP registrationFinarium holds dual registration as a Virtual Asset Service Provider, across two jurisdictions chosen deliberately for the clarity and stability they offer international business:
Republic of Panama
FINARIUM S.A.
Global Bank Tower, 18th Floor, Suite No. 1801, 50th Street, Panama City, Republic of Panama
The platform is registered under Panama's VASP framework.
Panama's neutral international standing — anchored by the special legal status of the Panama Canal — reduces the risk of the blockages and restrictions that international operations elsewhere are exposed to.
FINARIUM S.A. is a Panama-registered company engaged in financial and cryptocurrency-related activities. The Company conducts its activities in accordance with applicable Panamanian law and is subject to the applicable AML/CFT, compliance and reporting requirements, including those relating to the Financial Analysis Unit (UAF) and AML/KYC oversight by the Superintendency of Non-Financial Subjects (SSNF).
Georgia — Kutaisi Free Industrial Zone
FINARIUM S.A. Georgian Branch
88 Avtomshenebeli Street, Kutaisi 4600, Georgia
Finarium maintains a licensed branch in the Kutaisi Free Industrial Zone — one of only three special economic zones in Georgia authorized for VASP licensing.
Georgia offers one of the lowest effective tax rates in the region, transparent and predictable regulatory treatment, and, like Panama, no restrictions on cross-border transfers.
Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) Licence No. L19-2026, valid 15 April 2026 – 15 April 2027.
Together, these two jurisdictions give Finarium's clients something rare in this industry: a settlement infrastructure with no ambiguity about where it operates, how it is regulated, or what obligations apply to it.
