Compliance AML / CFT · FATF Travel Rule

Compliance is not a disclaimer — it's the product

Finarium operates under international standards for anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, and digital asset transparency — applied without exception, on every transaction, in every jurisdiction we serve.

Five commitments

Compliance with international standards

Finarium does not treat compliance as a cost of doing business — it is the reason financial institutions, corporates, and regulators can work with us on familiar terms. Every operation on our platform is built, monitored, and documented against the same standards the traditional financial system holds itself to.

International AML standards

Our platform is built to meet global anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing requirements.

FATF standards

Sender and recipient information travels with every transaction, under FATF's Travel Rule.

Openness

Our platform, records, and processes are open to banks and government authorities.

Neutrality

We do not participate in sanctions evasion, under any circumstance.

Platform control

We do not allow our infrastructure to be used for operations that violate international rules.

Five controls

How we ensure compliance

Standards are only as strong as the systems built to enforce them. Here is how we put ours into practice.

01

Responsible officer (MLRO)

Finarium employs a dedicated Money Laundering Reporting Officer, responsible for ensuring the company's operations comply with the law, organizing client due diligence, and liaising directly with regulators.

02

AML/KYC system

Every client is verified through a structured KYC process. Transactions and wallets are checked automatically, and the platform undergoes regular internal audits.

03

Travel Rule

Sender and recipient data is transmitted with every transaction — a Travel Rule requirement and FATF recommendation — reducing the risk of the platform being used for illegal purposes.

04

Independently certified infrastructure

Finarium's platform is certified to the ISO/IEC 5055 international software quality standard, covering code security, reliability, performance, and maintainability — verified by an independent authority.

05

Documented, on request

Every operation can be traced and confirmed with documents. Reports and statements are available to clients, partner banks, or regulators, at any stage of a transaction.
